Everything Flowlzy does, in one page.
The home page shows the headlines. This is the whole list, and what is honestly ready today.
Answering
Your customers write to the same WhatsApp number as always. The AI answers from what you have taught it.
Connected through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform. No new SIM, and your customers never see a different number. Your team then answers from the Flowlzy inbox.
It replies in the language each customer writes in, including the mix people really type ("Boleh check kalau Sat free?").
Voice notes are transcribed and answered. Photos are described, and when it can't make one out, it says so and asks.
Upload price lists, brochures or aftercare notes, or write short notes yourself. The AI quotes them instead of inventing an answer.
Prices come from facts you confirmed. Every reply is checked before it is sent: an amount that isn't on your list is held back and raised with you as a question.
Approve a reply once, with a photo or price list attached, and it goes out word for word. Trigger words make sure the right one is picked.
Flowlzy looks over the last 30 days and suggests which questions deserve an instant answer, with the real wordings customers used.
Your map, price poster or treatment guide, sent in the chat with the message that belongs with it.
Short messages, a natural pace, your tone and your rules. You choose whether it sends one message or a few.
Pain, bleeding or an accident: one calm line, your team alerted, and no diagnosis or advice it isn't qualified to give.
List the words or phrases you never want said. The AI is told to avoid them, and every reply is checked: a sentence that still contains one is removed before it is sent.
Asked what several services cost together, it lists each item and the total, using only your verified prices. The total is recalculated before sending, and one that doesn't match is held back.
Booking
Either the AI books the visit itself, or it collects the request for your team to confirm. You choose.
Connect Cal.com or Google Calendar and it offers real open slots, then writes the booking in with the service, the person and the notes.
Prefer to confirm yourself? It never shows live times. It takes the request and puts it in Concierge for your team, and tells the customer honestly that someone will confirm.
The customer can cancel by message. If the calendar refuses for any reason, the customer is told the truth and your team is alerted instead of the booking silently surviving.
Automatic reminders on WhatsApp ahead of each appointment, with the timing you choose.
Classes, batches and intake groups as multi-seat sessions, including repeating series.
Set up each service with its own length, colour and notice period, and route to the right person.
Your business location goes on the calendar invite, so customers get the address rather than a video link.
A booking is only called confirmed when there is a real appointment behind it. Open requests are repeated back, not re-offered.
Who answers when
Your team and your AI on the same number, without talking over each other.
Replies always, replies after hours only, or reads without ever replying. Change it any time.
In every mode it still summarises, scores and labels each conversation and moves it along your stages, so your records stay current.
Emergencies, complaints, refund talk or anyone asking for a person. Your team gets an alert on WhatsApp with the conversation so far.
During a handover the AI can keep answering ordinary questions, or go quiet until someone resolves it. It never books or promises on your team's behalf.
Reply in the Flowlzy inbox and the AI pauses for that customer, with the app telling you exactly how long the pause lasts.
Turn the assistant off for every customer at once, instantly, from the app.
Outside opening hours it says when the team is next in, instead of promising someone right now.
When a WhatsApp call goes unanswered, the caller gets one message (yours to write) so the chat carries on. At most once every six hours per customer, and your team sees the missed call in the chat and the bell.
Your customer records
Every conversation turns into something you can act on, without anyone typing it up.
Each chat gets a one-line summary, a 1–10 score and what the person actually wants, updated as the conversation goes.
Set out your pipeline and what moves someone forward. The AI suggests the move and you accept it in one click. Stages you govern never move on their own.
Interests, services and anything you want to segment by, set by the AI or confirmed by your team.
Booking requests, questions the AI couldn't answer, issues and promises your team made, each with how long it has waited.
Who wrote in, new and returning, who is most likely to book and what needs you in the morning.
Conversations, qualified leads, appointments and conversion, plus where people drop off, when they message, and how satisfied they say they are.
Download your customers as a CSV whenever you want them elsewhere.
Salons, physio, tuition centres, property agents, restaurants and driving schools start with ready-made stages, labels and the questions their customers ask most. You see what it adds before anything changes.
Choose up to five things you want to know, like budget or who the visit is for. The AI asks one at a time, only after answering the customer, and saves each answer on their profile.
Your team
Everyone sees the same conversations, with the right level of access.
Invite your team as owner, admin, member or viewer. A viewer really is read-only.
Step in mid-conversation from the inbox or your phone, then hand it back to the AI when you're done.
Handovers, emergencies and booking requests go to the number you choose, and the app warns you if that number is a customer's.
Sent, delivered and read are tracked. A failed alert is shown on your home screen with what to fix, instead of disappearing.
A layout made for a phone: what needs you, the chats, today's bookings.
Who changed what, and when.
Someone who writes again after a week or more goes to the teammate who last helped them, and their bell says "For you".
Set rules on the qualifying answers, like "buying a home" to your sales lead. The chat is assigned and that person is told.
Keeping it safe
Nothing reaches a customer until you have seen how it behaves.
Chat with your receptionist in the app. No customer is involved, and nothing is sent.
It only starts answering customers once it passes its own tests: a verified price, an emergency handed over, a real slot booked.
Every change to your AI's instructions is kept. Go back to an earlier version whenever you want.
Mark any reply "good" or "needs work". Those corrections are collected so the wording can be fixed.
We're alerted if replies stop or the AI provider goes down, and the assistant falls back to an honest holding line rather than silence.
Reaching out
Messages you start, not just the ones you answer.
Reminders, follow-ups and announcements as Meta-approved templates, written with help from the AI and submitted from the app.
A reminder a day before, a nudge after a visit, a follow-up for a quiet lead.
Send to a group of customers by label, and see every message's delivery state afterwards.
Promotions as a carousel of 2 to 10 cards, each with a picture from your media library, a short text and the same buttons. Built in the template editor and approved by Meta like any template.
Send a payment link, ask for a deposit on a booking, or split a package into instalments, where the conversation already is.
Ads and new customers
Make every ringgit spent on ads easier to follow up and easier to measure.
Customers who tapped a click-to-WhatsApp ad are marked in the inbox, with how long messages to them stay free under Meta's 72-hour rule.
Connect your Meta dataset and every booking or visit from an ad customer is sent to Meta, so your ads optimise for real customers, not just clicks. Only ad customers are reported.
Make a wa.me link with a ready-typed first message, and a QR code to print. Try it free, no sign-up.
The same receptionist on your own site, with your opening hours and a "Continue on WhatsApp" button. Chats land in the same inbox.
Next
What we are building next.
Meta now allows a number to stay on the WhatsApp Business app while it is connected to Flowlzy, so replies your team sends from their phone appear here as well. Built and tested, not yet proven with a live client.
When a number comes across with its history, Flowlzy imports those chats and contact names, so your AI knows your regulars on day one.
One inbox for the other places your customers message you.
